2 prenatal visits to prepare for the day of delivery
4 postpartum visits within the first 3 months of baby’s life
Creation of express & deliberate plans to address both Birth & Postpartum
Text, phone & email support as early as the moment of hire during business hours (everyday 8am-8pm)
Ongoing labour and birth support
A backup doula ready to assist if needed
Up to 2 hours of immediate postpartum support
On-call 24/7 phone, text and email support from 37 weeks onward
Access to The Fabled Doula’s local resource list
A personalized birth story (or fable, if you will)
