the resting chapter (enhanced)

  • Parents who want hands-on care both day and night during the first week postpartum

    • 2 Overnight Shifts (8 hours each)

    • 4 Daytime Shifts (4 hours each)

  • $1040 + HST

    (2 overnight shift @ $40/hr for 8hrs = $640, plus 4 daytime shifts @ $35/hr for 4 hrs = $560; bundled price = $1200 with $160 discount)

The Fourth Trimester Tale (complete)

  • Families seeking consistent, wraparound support for the first month or longer

    • 4 Overnight Shifts (8 hours each)

    • 8 Daytime Shifts (4 hours each)

  • $2400 + HST

    (Customized bundle: 4 overnight shifts + 8 daytime shifts — 64 total hours)

  • Infant care support while you rest, eat or shower

  • Infant soothing, diapering, feeding support overnight

  • Feeding & sleep guidance (if desired)

  • Sleep & feeding plan development (if desired)

  • Emotional support for parents (PM + AM check-ins at each shift)

  • Light meal/snack prep (if desired)

  • Light household tidying (baby laundry, bottle washing, etc.) (if desired)

  • Basic feeding support (breast/bottle)

  • Emotional check-ins & birth debrief
